Mariah Walking

Mariah took her first steps when she was seven months old. Since then, she's been teasing us with a few steps here and there while cruising between pieces of furniture. But yesterday it clicked. With a twinkle in her eye and a big grin on her face she realized she could walk all by herself while Cody and I watched in a fit of giddy laughter. About two minutes later, she walked straight for the broom. She used to grab the broom and sweep while sitting, but this time, she swept as she walked across the whole kitchen. Here is some footage of the exciting event.
